Dot website · Today
Dot is a private life organizer for Mac that turns the noise in your head into a clear next move—without sending your life to the cloud.
A calmer way to move through the day
Plans shift. Energy changes. Important thoughts show up at the worst moment. Dot gathers the pieces and keeps the next useful step close.
Capture
Drop any thought into one frictionless inbox. No project, priority, or perfect wording required.
Plan
Dot turns scattered tasks, routines, and calendar blocks into one calm view of today.
Remember
Schedules live in Dot’s deterministic core—not in a chat transcript—so they keep working without AI.
Understand
Nothing becomes long-term memory by accident. Review, approve, edit, export, or delete what Dot knows.
Tour the whole desktop
Every part of Dot has one job. Move through the tabs to see how each view helps you capture what matters, find it again, and keep moving.
A calm daily view
01 / 09Today brings your next task, schedule, routine, and progress into one human-sized view—so you can start without reconstructing your whole plan.

Private by architecture
Dot’s organizer runs locally. SQLite owns durable state. Reminders do not depend on a model. Optional AI connects through local-only Ollama or LM Studio.

Most assistants ask you to exchange privacy and another monthly fee for convenience. Dot starts from a different premise.

Questions, answered
Dot is intentionally simple about where your data lives and what happens when AI is unavailable.
No for ordinary organizer use. Tasks, routines, reminders, the calendar, and approved memory stay useful offline. This marketing site and any payment or download provider naturally require a connection.
No. Dot’s organizer features work without one. The Founders Edition’s qualified optional setup uses LM Studio with the supported local model running on your Mac.
Dot Founders Edition supports Apple silicon Macs running macOS 26 or newer. Organizer-only use requires 16 GB of memory; the qualified optional local model works best with 32 GB.
Not yet. Dot launches on Mac first. A companion iPhone experience is planned, and the iOS waitlist is the best place to follow that release.
No. Dot is built for everyday planning and executive-function support, not medical-critical or safety-critical reminders.
Dot Founders Edition is coming to the Mac App Store.
